The Shri Ramayana Yatra tour package departs from Delhi as you embark on your religious journey and tap on the opportunity for a soul-cleansing journey. On the second day, arriving Ayodhya, one of the ancient cities of India and the birthplace of Lord Rama. The place holds a special place in our hearts and is one of the seven most imperative pilgrimage sites. Proceeding to Nandigram which is 20 Km from Ayodhya, popularly known as the place where Bharat lived while Lord Rama was exiled for 14 years. Visit various temples including Saryu Arati and head back to Ayodhya Railway Station and proceed to Buxar.

On the third day of the journey, you will head to Ramrekha ghat and Ganga snan and visit Rameshwar Nath temple proceeding to Janakpur. Janakpur is a city in Nepal, which is believed to be the place where Sita married Lord Ram.

With an overnight stay at Janakpur start the morning of your fourth day by visiting Ram-Janaki Mandir, the largest and one of the significant sites of Janakpur. Further proceeds to Sitamarhi. Sitamarhi is the district headquarter located in the state of Bihar adjacent to Nepal. The town’s Janaki Mandir is the most prominent shrine dedicated to Mata Sita. In the evening, board the train at Sitamarhi and proceed to Varanasi, the next destination.

On day five, after your morning tea and breakfast onboard you arrive in Varanasi. Varanasi is situated on the banks of the River Ganga also known as Kashi. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple which is made up of gold, and Sankat Mochan Mandir, the temple of the Lord Hanuman which is crowded with hundreds of monkeys. Visiting the gorgeous Tulsi Manas Temple of Lord Ram, Lakshman, and Sita, located at Durga Kund near the Durga temple will bring such immense peace and fulfillment.

On day six, Proceed to Prayagraj. Visit Sita Samahit Sthal, the holy place of Sitamarhi which is situated between Prayagraj and Varanasi.  Prayag is where Lord Rama, Sita, and Lakshman spent some time before proceeding to nearby Chitrakoot in the Ashram of Rishi Bharawaj.

On day seven, start your day with a sacred bath and visit the Hanuman temple at Sangam Prayag and Rishi Bharadwaj Ashram place. Post lunch proceeds to Chitrakoot. En-route visit Shringwerpur, the place where Lord Ram cross the Ganga river and met with Nishadraj.

On day eight, Take a sacred bath at Chitrakoot in Mandakini River. After a good breakfast visit the Sati Anusuiya Ashram, Gupta Godavari, and Ram Ghat heading to Nasik.

On day nine, arriving at Nasik and head for dinner and take a good rest before an exciting day in the morning.

Day ten, After a scrumptious breakfast visit to Trayambakeshwar and Panchavati. It is believed that Lord Rama moved from Chitrakoot to Panchavati (in Nasik) in the Dandaka Forest.

Day eleven and twelve you get to explore Hampi. Visit Anjanadri Hill, Virupaksha temple, and Vitthal Temple. Hampi is a glorious town of architecturally rich temples. It is where Lord Rama and Lakshmana met Lord Hanuman and Sugriva while in search of Sita. This place is known as Krishkindha in Ramayana. Day Thirteen and fourteen, arriving at Rameshwaram a town in Ramanathapuram district in Tamil Nadu and is part of the enchanting Pamban Island. Visit the Ramnathswami temple and Dhanushkodi. The shiva lingam in the Ramanathaswamy Temple is considered to be one of the twelve sacred jyotirlingas. It is believed that Rameswaram is the place where Rama decided to build a sea bridge.

On day fifteen, arrive at Kanchipuram and proceed for sightseeing and visit the holy temples which include Vishnu Kanchi, Shiva Kanchi & Kamakshi Amman Temple, etc.

Day sixteen, sightseeing at Bhadrachalam which includes Sri Sitaram Swami Temple, Anjani Swami Temple, etc. It is also known as the Ayodhya of the south. It is believed to be a part of the Dandakaranya forest, which Lord Sri Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana had visited during their exile.
