On 25 September 2018, IRCTC/WZ conducted an awareness program ‘Paryatan Parv’. The Parv was organized to focus on the benefits of tourism in India thereby showcasing the cultural diversity of the country and bolstering the principle of “Tourism For All”.
Paryatan Parv was held in coordination with Western Railway at the Vadodara Railway Station Entrance Hall in the August in presence of Divisional Railway Manager Baroda Railway Junction, Shri. Devender Kumar, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Baroda Railway Junction, and Dr. Zenia Gupta.
The function was attended by RPF staff, GPRF staff, railway staff, coolies, and the general public. The three segments of Paryatan Parv circled around ‘Dekho Apna Desh’: to promote bharat tourism specially to entice youth to visit their own country.
Such events help in bringing forward various initiatives and products that are launched to enhance user experience and generate business in the required areas. All in all, we highly believe that awareness of the end consumer is the key and initiatives like ‘Paryatan Parv’ lay the firm foundation in this direction.
